Hello! My name is Steph Padich, a licensed mental health counselor practicing Telehealth for Washington residents (LMHC license #LH.61443990). Originally from Long Island, New York I moved to Washington in 2017 for its breathtaking scenery and slower paced lifestyle. I'm currently working as a digital nomad as I figure out my next permanent residence!
I previously worked as a caregiver for older adults struggling with progressive illnesses like Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Throughout my experiences, I learned about the healing power of intergenerational relationships. I was also privileged to be an emotional support for clients and their loved ones during an especially challenging time in life, thus starting my counseling journey! 
As a therapist, I have worked with folks from all walks of life struggling with life transitions, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, complex trauma/PTSD, and family of origin issues.
